Narrated Abu Mas'ud : The Prophet said , " If a man spends on his family (with the intention of having a reward from Allah) sincerely for Allah's sake them it is a (kind of) alms - giving in reward for him .
Narrated Sa'd Bin Abi Waqqas : Allah's Apostle said , "you will be rewarded for whatever you spend for Allah's sake even if it were a morsel which you put in your wifes mouth ".

Narrated Jarir Bin Abdullah : I gave the pledge of allegiance to Allah's Apostle for the following . 1. offer prayers perfectly 2. pay the Zakat (obligatory charity) 3. and be sincere and true to every Muslims .

 Narrate Um Salma : One night Allah's Apostle got up and said , " Subhan Allah ! How many afflictions have been descended tonight and how many treasures have been disclosed ! Go and wake tho sleeping lady occupants of these dewellings (his wives) up (for prayers ) . A well dressed (soul) in this world may be naked in the Hereafter ."

Narrated Ibn 'Abbas : once the Prophet embraced me and said " O Allah ! Bestow on him the knowledge of the book (Qur'an) ."

Narrated Ibn 'Abbas : once I come riding a she-ass and had (just) attained the age of puberty . Allah's Apostle was offering the prayer at Mina . There was no wall in front of him and I passed in front of some of the row while they were offering their prayers . There I let the she-ass loose to graze and entered the row, and nobody objected to it .

Narrated Mahmud Bin Rabia : When I was a boy of five , I remember , the Prophet took water from a bucket (used far getting water out of a well )with his mouth and threw it on my face .

Narrated Abu waqid Al-Laithi : While Allah's Apostle was sitting in the mosque with some people , three men came . Two of them came in front of Allah's Apostle and the third one went awaya . The two persons kept on standing before Allah's Apostle for a while and then one of them found a place in the circle and sat there while the other sat behind the gathering , and the third one went away . When Allah's Apostle finished his preaching , he said , 'shall I tell you about these three persons ? One of them be - took himself to  Allah , so Allah took him into His grace and mercy and accommodated him , the second felt shy from Allah , so Allah sheltered him in His mercy (and did not punish him ) . While the third turned his face from Allah and went away , so Allah turned His face from him like wise .

Narrated Muawiya : I heard Allah's Apostle saying , " If Allah wants to do good to a person , He makes him comprehend the religion . I am just a distributor , but the grant is from Allah , (and remember ) that this nation (true Muslims) will keep on following Allah's teachings strictly and they will not be harmed by any one going on a different path till Allah's order (day of Judgment ) is established ."

Narrated Abdullah bin 'Amr ; once the prophet remained behind us in a journey . He joined us while We were performing ablution for the prayer which was over - due . We were just passing wet hands over our feet ( and not washing them property ) so the prophet addressed us in a loud voice and said twice or thrice : " save your heels from the fire ."

Narrated ibn 'Umr (R) : The prophet said , " Amongst the trees , there is a tree, the leaves of which do not  fall and is like a Muslim . Tell me the name of that tree . "Everybody started thinking about the trees of the desert areas . And I thought of the date - palm tree . The others them asked , " please inform us what is that tree , O Allah's Apostle ?" He replied , " It is the date - palm tree . "

Narrated ibn Umar' (R) : Allah's Messenger said Islam is based on (the following) five (principles)
1. To testify that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah and Muhammad is Allah's Messenger
2. To offer the (compulsary congregational) prayers dutifully and perfectly
3. To pay Zakat (i.e. obligatory charity)
4  To perform Hajj
5. To observe fast during the mounth of Ramadan .

Narrated Abu Huraira (R) : The prophet said , faith (Belief) consists of more than sixty branches (i.e. part) . And Haya ( This term "Haya" covers a large number of concepts which are to be taken together , amongst them are self respect , modesty , bashfulness and scruple etc . ) is a part of faith .

Abdullah ibn Amr (R) reported : I heard the Messenger of Allah , peace and blessings be upon him , say , " Allah had written the measurements of the creatures fifty thousand years before He created the heavens and the earth , and His throne was over the water .

Aisha (R) reported : The Messenger of Allah , peace and blessings be upon him , said , " when a woman spends in charity from her houses meal without wasting it , then she will have a reward from what she spent . Her husband will have a reward from what he earned and the storekeeper will have a similar reward . Their rewards will not decrease each other at all ."

Narreted Ayesha (R) : The mother of believers ; Allah enjoined the prayer when He , enjoined it , it was two Rakat only (in every prayer) both when in residence or on journey . Then the prayers offered on journey remind the same , but (the rakat of) the prayers for non-travelers were increased .

Narrated Um 'Atiya' : We were ordered to bring out our menstruating women and veiled women in the religious gatherings and invocation of Muslims on the two 'Id festivals . These menstruating women were to keep away from their Musalla . A woman asked , "O Allah's Apostle 'what about one who does not have a veil ?" He said , "Let her share the veil of her companion ."

Narrated Al-Bara : when the prophet came to Medina , he stayed first with his grandfathers or maternal uncles from Ansar . He offered his prayers facing Baitul Maqdis (Jerusalem) for sixteen or seventeen months , but he wished that he could pray facing the Ka'ba (at Mecca) . The first prayer which he offered facing the Ka'ba was the 'Asr prayer in the company of some people . Then one of those who had offered that prayer with him came out and passed by some people in a Mosque who were bowing during their prayers (facing Jerusalem) . He said addresing them , "By Allah , I testify that I have prayed with Allah's Apostle facing Mecca (Ka'ba)  ;
Hearing that , those people changed their direction towards the Ka'ba immediately . Jews and the people of the scriptures used to be pleased to see the prophet facing Jerusalem in prayers but when he changed his direction towards the Ka'ba , during the prayers , they disapproved of it . Al-Bara' added " Before we changed our direction towards the Ka'ba (Mecca) in prayers , some Muslims had died or had been killed and we did not know what to say about them (regarding their prayers ). Allah then revealed : And Allah would never make your faith (prayers) to be last i.e. the prayers of those Muslims were valid; "
